Setting the tone with an elegant vocal run and astral synth riffs, Carl Kammeyer opens One with a pulsating beat, textured risers and an emotive vocal performance.
We immediately connect with the raw and authentic depth that Carl conveys with his prose and the overarching message of the opus, which he confesses is inspired by “unity as a family.”
The composition showcases nothing short of instrumental mastery, whilst Carl Kammeyer‘s exudes charisma and dynamism as he shares his message of oneness and love.
Speaking on his inspiration for creating, Carl says, “My main influence is my mother, who started me on this musical journey when I was a kid, and my family.” This certainly comes through in his lyrical approach and the tangible passion that we experience through his songwriting.
We appreciate Carl’s range, as well as the ebbs and flows of the composition, which keep us gripped throughout. One is co-produced with Ossico Records, namely Luke Stephen Beyer, also known as Ossico.
What Carl Kammeyer is creating feels innovative and timeless in the same breath, and we love the journey that he takes us on. We have added One to our New Music Spotlight playlist, whilst we continue to stream Carl’s wider discography, including Since You Been Gone.
