We previously featured Natalie Clark for her uplifting and anthemic single, How High, so when we heard that the star had returned with a brand new track called Mission, we couldn’t wait to listen and feed back!
Establishing the mood with a robust and dimensional bassline and luscious ad libs, Natalie opens Mission with evocative and inspiring prose as she sings, “I’m on a mission, nothing can stop me, reaching high one more try, get back on my feet…”
The track expands with rippling keys and a fierce strings arrangement, building into yet another powerful soundscape, filled with awe inspiring nuance and emotional depth. The whirring synth during the choruses is out of this world!
Speaking on her creative process, the star confesses, “I worked with amazing producer Todd Spadafore at his studio in Los Angeles. I brought the song idea to him and then we worked through the production to try and create a powerful, fierce atmosphere. We wanted a really tough and strong sound to reflect the lyrics and empower the listener.”
It is no surprise that Natalie was chosen by KTLA as an artist to watch, performing at The Roxy and Greek theatre in LA! We love the energy that she brings, and can only imagine how epic it would be to experience Natalie Clark live!
