We previously featured Eric Tano for his immersive and cathartic single, Past Lovers, so when we heard that the star had returned with the brand new, It’ll Be Okay, we couldn’t wait to listen and feed back!
Setting the tone with an emotive and pitched pop vocal, Eric Tano opens the opus with the lyrics, “I feel I’m stuck, I feel I’m crushed, I can’t get from under the sense of desperation, I’m all out of luck…”
We are immediately drawn in by the authenticity that Eric Tano shares with his prose and message. The vulnerability is tangible, and this makes for an exquisite listening experience alongside a production that demonstrates no less than instrumental mastery.
Speaking on the message of the song, Eric asks,”Have you struggled with anxiety?” He continues to tell us, “It’ll Be Okay is a song about trying to live with anxiety holding you back. Best listened to when feeling energetic, yet introspective, this song brings out the best for those seeking comfort.”
We love the message of the song, and the intention that Eric Tano creates with. The synth solos are magnetic and once again, we feel a sense of catharsis from Eric as he evokes our emotions quotient with his lyricism.
Eric Tano is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, producer, and environmentalist, who grew up in the bustling city of Miami Beach, Florida. His journey in music began at fourteen when he started learning how to play bass.
We have added It’ll Be Okay to our New Music Spotlight playlist, whilst we continue to stream the wider discography of Eric Tano, and anticipate future releases from the star.
