Establishing a mood with immersive synth keys, vocal add libs and a cosmic riser, Terrarri opens his new single P U L L U P with the situational lyrics, “She said that she got it, got it, tell her pull up on me, she say that she want it, want it, tell her pull up on me…”
P U L L U P expands with atmospheric vocal delivery and a Hip-Hop meets Trap hybrid frequency to give us more insight into the human conditional and the life and loves of Terrarri. The track also features a fire verse from his younger brother, Carnell!
Terrarri cites Sahbabii, Lil Nas X and Ariana Grande as his influences, although it is clear that he is creating a sound of his own. Speaking on the track, he says, “The lyrics for P U L L U P were written by me but the musical style choice, I got inspired from the artist SahBabii. His melodies in his songs hit different and his wordplay is out of this world!”
He adds with passion and vigour, “P U L L U P is about me having fun on the beat and creating a vibe that’s unforgettable. Plus my little brother snapped on his verse and he’s only 14!”
It is no surprise that Terrarri was one of Duval’s Finest XXL winner for Power 106.1 Radio station in Jacksonville, Florida! Expanding further on his artistry, Terrarri confesses, “This single is self-inspired as I like to create music that makes people feel amazing. When I create new music, I let the beat speak to me. The sounds and melodies within the beat is what gets me going!”
He adds, “As I made this song, I wanted to make something magical to the ear. I want listeners to be able to feel like they’re on a different planet when they listen to my music. A place where they would want to be everyday! This is what makes me different. I don’t have to talk about shooting or killing people just to get people to notice me. I don’t have to cuss or degrade women in my music just to get noticed. I’m an artist! An artist that will take you on a journey with every new release.”
