Charlotte Waltz delivers soaring and luxurious vocals on moody and subversive new single, Third Time’s A Charm

Setting the tone with a celestial frequency whilst Charlotte Waltz sings the ominous lyrics “here comes the dark”, and enigmatic keys create a moody and textured atmosphere, we are already hypnotized by the release of Third Time’s A Charm.

The song expands as the beat drops and Charlotte delivers the hook, “I said the Third Time’s A Charm, here comes the dark…” with a seductive yet fierce vocal demonstrating an extensive range from the Miami-based artist.

Rippling trap-esque high hats appear with nuance, and immersive harmonies dimensionalise Charlotte Waltz’s flawless main vocal, as the song takes us on through a connection and the human condition.

Speaking on her artistry, Charlotte says, “My main goal is to connect people with my music through the stories that are shared within. I believe we can all identify to these stories and emotions from our own experiences. My vision is to bring many people together, to collectively connect and process the emotions of life in unity through the power of music.”

The rising artist has been working alongside Dxlph Dayana, who co-writes and produces with Charlotte. Dxlph has produced records for Black Eyed Peas, Tyga, YG, Carlos Santana, Lil Tjay, Lil Mosey, Toosii and much more, but it is clear that they are creating a unique lane with Charlotte Waltz’s soundscape.

We have added Third Time’s A Charm to our New Music Spotlight playlist and have been exploring Charlotte Waltz‘s wider discography including Alone Tonight, Wake Up Call and American Pie.
