As lots of you know, I’m a huge fan of sky scraper views (and flying or being at high altitudes in general / space obsession much), especially when it is in my home city of London. Last night, I had the chance to discover the offering of the new Novotel Canary Wharf and it’s 39th floor restaurant Bokan which is incredible.
The hotel boasts a beautiful monochromatic overall sentiment with darker coloured undertones, a beautiful underground pool and spa area plus amenities for use throughout the hotel. The highlight is the 39th floor roof terrance which has a 360º view of London and truly outstanding food offering from Bokan, which is a must-visit destination even if you don’t have the chance to stay at the hotel itself.
Some of my documentation below so I can share the experience with you in more detail than Snapchat or Instastories.
Also on a grooming note and totally coincidentally, I had a facial on Friday at Monroe of London on Harley Street, which is stocked at the hotel in the suites. So any skin compliments from these photos are to be directed at Monroe of London who have absolutely nailed it as a brand.
It makes me so happy to see two artists, who are photographers develop this into a product level (aesthetically and quality) that competes with lots of the brands you’ve seen me use – but at a price point that is genuinely really competitive. For example, the £78 travel bag, it has everything you need from cleanser and moisturiser to exfoliator with acid and hand and body wash etc. More details here. I loved how the exfoliator felt, it really stripped away a layer in a way that even a micro-derm thirty minute treatment can’t. It is clear that there is a strong science behind the product which is important, especially in the world we currently live in and how deceptive grooming products can be.
Congratulations, gents. Really inspiring.
