Taking drag pop into the mainstream had to eventually have its pioneer and there is legitimately no one better suited to this role than the vocally and creatively gifted Adore Delano. DTF is a product (both visually and aurally) that a good percentage of female pop artists haven’t come close to achieving. The track is unique and stands up to Top 100 fodder that currently dominates radio play. The gritty and relatable video is also free of drag clichés. I am 100% behind Adore taking the reigns and pushing these boundaries.
Adore’s debut album “Till Death Do Us Party” drops on June 3rd. The video for DTF is directed by Michael Serrato.
