Last night saw the opening of Moynat in London. The minute I walked into the store, my mind was completely blown by the uncompromisingly intricate and perfectly merchanised structure of every single corner of the Mount Street based establishment, heroing the brand known for its made-to-measure trunks and travel accessories.
Moynat was founded by Pauline Moynat in 1849, recognized as an emblem of discreet and modest luxury (very Nik) with a Parisian charm. It almost feels as though Goyard has had its run and now it is Moynat’s time to shine. The London store is officially the first that detrenches Moynat from its Parisian roots at the 348 rue Saint-Honoré flagship.
The store launch was hosted by the brand’s artistic director Ramesh Nair, who has also partnered with Jaguar F-Type to create a unique Status Grey Limousine trunk, which fits into the boot of the English sports car.
Explore the world of Moynat here, and definitely make sure to visit the new London store.
