Perfection is an understatement. This week MØ finally unveiled her debut album No Mythologies To Follow to the world. Hopes were high. I’ve been a massive ambassador of the Danish indie electro alt princess’ sound for the last year and her immense creativity lyrically, sonically and visually. No Mythologies To Follow doesn’t disappoint, it’s a BIG album, comprising of sixteen original tracks and four “Night Versions” which are stripped down edits of the tracks Fire Rides, Dust Is Gone, Slow Love and The Sea. MØ reigned Hype Machine charts last year with the Diplo-produced XXX 88 and the phenomenal Waste of Time and deservedly so, the album stands up to these and gives so so much more. The energy of the album is the perfect advance from the darkness of some of her peers. The album is available on iTunes now and streaming on Spotify from today.
