I am literally speechless. By speechless, I mean, I don’t know what to say and my tongue is tied. i’ve met Donatella once and what this trailer does (and eventually the film) is bring to life someone who has essentially set the bar for women in fashion in terms of strength, business acumen and the ability to not only save a brand that could have potentially suffered at the loss of its founder but re-define its identity and set industry-wide influential trends.
The film is written and produced by Jeremy Dann-Soury and the trailer features the track “I Am a God” by Kanye West. Gina Gershon, you are a fucking god. House of Versace premieres on Saturday October 5.
