Mugler creative director, KARLISMYUNKLE favourite and digital fashion pioneer Nicola Formichetti is opening a pop-up shop this September. This forms part of BOFFO’s Building Fashion Design Competition, pairing architects and fashion designers to create installations and re-imagine normal, everyday spaces. The store will be open from 1st – 14th September, and the venue is still to be announced.
The pop up will be divided into four spaces: nature, digital space, minimal space, and a punk rock vintage/baroque store or even a flower shop. Check out the video below of Nicola going into more detail, it is clear that the concept is still not set in stone, but seems very exciting nonetheless.
