Barneys New York literally just announced that its Christmas 2011 campaign will be based around a pop up concept called GAGA’S WORKSHOP. The concept This combines Gaga’s Christmas vision in line with those of creative artists, Eli Sudbrack and Christophe Hamaide Pierson (of Assume Vivid Astro Focus). Unsurprisingly, Nicola Formichetti will also be involved on a creative level. Barneys is converting an entire floor (5th, menswear) of its Madison Avenue flagship for the initiative that kicks off in mid-November and will also be on display in the store’s iconic Madison Avenue windows.
25% of sales from all items will be donated to a charity of Gaga’s choice.
